Products are shipped within 2-3 business days of the order being placed. Customized items are shipped in 4-5 business days. The longest delivery time applies to orders with multiple items and different delivery times. (In the event of an emergency, please call 7417122363)

All gift vouchers, discounts, sales, and, coupon purchases are non-exchangeable, non-refundable, and non-returnable. Please carefully review the size chart before purchasing any products. We are dedicated to making your shopping experience as easy and pleasurable as possible. Please read the following terms and conditions before making a purchase.
If you received a damaged or incorrect product, please return it to us along with your order number. We will send you a new piece once the product has been returned to us and delivered to us.
Some custom-made items are not returnable.

What is the Exchange policy on Chittarr?
We do not provide returns or refunds on any product once it has been sold as a company policy. Once the Chittarr items have been sold, they can only be exchanged for a larger or smaller size. When the desired size of the product is not in stock only and only in that case the customer receives a credit note.
If the product is not in the sale section and is eligible for size exchange, please contact us at email@example.com within 2 working days or 48 hours of delivery to request an exchange. Please return the product to us once it has been acknowledged by the team the following working day; we do not have a reverse pickup facility. Please remember to obtain an acknowledgment receipt from the courier person detailing the number of products you are shipping, along with his signature and mobile number. Chittarr will not be held liable for any lost or stolen packages.
The cost of return shipping is borne by the customer and is non-refundable. We recommend sending items back via traceable mail.

Exchanges can be made within 7 days of the delivery date.
Only undamaged, unwashed, unworn, unused products in original packaging, with all tags and labels completely intact, are eligible for exchange. Please include your name, email address, phone number, address, and order id on the parcel, as well as the size required. Please keep in mind that exchanges are only permitted once per order.
